C172 NG Digital Pro Disclaimer

The C172 NG Digital Pro is an independently developed flight simulation software product created by Airfoillabs s.r.o. for X-Plane 12, developed from publicly available sources with no proprietary manufacturer data. “Cessna”, “172”, “Skyhawk”, and “G1000” are used for descriptive identification only; all trademarks belong to their respective owners, and Airfoillabs s.r.o. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Textron Aviation Inc., Garmin Ltd., or any other manufacturer. The Commercial-Use licence permits public display and exhibition but does not change the product’s character as entertainment and self-education software: it is not a certified Flight Simulation Training Device (FSTD), FTD, or ATD under EASA, FAA, or any other aviation authority, must not be used for pilot training, checking, or currency, and time spent using it cannot be logged or credited toward any licence or rating.
